ever know how people can make baked chicken? read on to know how we created our very own recipe...
Ingredients:
4 pieces of chicken thighs
8 pieces of chicken wings
enough potatoes and carrots, cubed
3 bombay onion, sliced
1 apple, sliced
butter
Marinate:
Soya Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Cinnamon
Preparation:
1. First clean and cut chicken to desired size. Then put them all into a container to marinate with the marinate ingredients. Leave 30 minutes, then stir the chicken so that they get marinated thoroughly. leave for another 30 minutes
2. At the same time, cut potatoes and carrots into moderately-sized cubes. Boil them so that they are slightly cooked. then leave dry.
3. First put chicken in microwave oven and cook them at 750W for 3 minutes. This is just to make sure they are slightly cooked before being urm, "baked".
4. heat up oven at 230 degrees celcius. This is kind of like pre-heat.
5. Now put the potatoe and carrot cubes in the container, then distribute the 3 minutes microwaved chicken over them. Put the onion and apple slices between chicken, and put some butter over the chicken.
6. Between sending them to the mission of being baked, put last round of oregano and pepper over the chicken. Wrap the container with aluminium foil to keep the chicken from drying up.
7. leave container in the oven for 1.5 hours. go and play with your dog or cat or watch TV. Don't sit in front of the oven and look, you'll see nothing since you sealed it up with foil :P
8. now remove the alu foil, and leave the container for 20 minutes without cover to brown the chicken. In between waiting, look at the chicken, and give you spouse sweet kisses, just in case the baked chicken does not work out, he/she will still eat them gladly.
9. If desired, put in some cabiatta to heat. nice bread along with baked chicken would be a nice choice.
10. now take out the container, and put some green leaves (can't remember the name, shall update later) over to make them look nicer (smell nicer too, actually).
11. serve your new attempt on table.
enjoy.
