Have you been having sleepless night? Read this during my quiet time today... perhaps it can be a hint to you.
Proverbs 3:
21 My son, preserve sound judgment and discernment,
do not let them out of your sight;
22 they will be life for you,
an ornament to grace your neck.
23 Then you will go on your way in safety,
and your foot will not stumble;
24 when you lie down, you will not be afraid;
when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.
25 Have no fear of sudden disaster
or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked,
26 for the LORD will be your confidence
and will keep your foot from being snared.
God's grace is so real. I was once again reminded last week that we can do our best but there is no guarantee of success. I saw a good work that was not selected for one reason or the other - of course the affected person was very dissapointed. Yesterday I got to know that my paper was accepted in a IEEE conference. This is God's grace. To me the paper is very normal - not in the top class group but it is His grace that made it through. This paper is a summary of my research idea but without concrete application. We decided to write this paper two months ago as we are not able to get co-operation partner to implement the idea and this paper is suppose to be a summary before I pack this work in a corner. Today we have a company that is very keen to apply this idea in their company and I have a wonderful sister working together with me on this topic. This is indeed God's grace!
