A song of ascents

Pretty overwhelmed with work. Sometime more pressured with someone who keeps track of how many hours you work a week and if you still leave work on time even though you still have lots to do. Not bringing work home had been a policy that I try to keep irregardless of my work load. I usually work until 6pm or sometime 7pm when needed. I am no longer productive after sitting 10 hours in front of the computer.

To do for this week:

  • Prepare the questions for tomorrow's interview.
  • Interview with Industry tomorrow.
  • Documentations for a project due this Friday.
  • Presentations for a conference due this Friday. arrrgghhh it has to be in German.
  • Houseworks... chores and cooking... perhaps would just close one eye and leave it in my hubby's list.

I do not think i can make it. Let's see how things work out. At the same time, Psalm 121 is a good one to start your week.

Psalm 121

A song of ascents.
 1 I lift up my eyes to the hills—
       where does my help come from?

 2 My help comes from the LORD,
       the Maker of heaven and earth.

 3 He will not let your foot slip—
       he who watches over you will not slumber;

 4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
       will neither slumber nor sleep.

 5 The LORD watches over you—
       the LORD is your shade at your right hand;

 6 the sun will not harm you by day,
       nor the moon by night.

 7 The LORD will keep you from all harm—
       he will watch over your life;

 8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going
       both now and forevermore.
