This song had been spinning in my head since last night. Ku kan terbang tinggi bagai rajawali di atas segala persoalan hidupku dan ku percaya saat ku bersama Dia, tiada yang mustahil buat Dia.

Planning trips was always rather difficult for us. It is usually hard to find time - either if we are tied up with work, or pre-booked by different activities, or we don't find anywhere as interesting as sleeping at home. So the trips we had since a few years ago are usually decided rather late. But at least we had some :)

This blog is dedicated to my Papa Above.
Dear Father, thank you for being gracious. Thank you for being merciful. All glory and praise belongs to You and You Alone. When all hope seems gone, you assured me that everything will be alright. I look forward to the days ahead which You will again pull me through. Thank you.
Results are out.

was listening to wcsg.org radio, and heard a listener sharing about how a song had helped her relatives during tough time - Praise you in the storm by Casting Crowns. The lyrics has this as chorus:

i am kind of surprised when i saw this site - a missionary travel agency? Why on earth do we need one? Are others all not honest? But all these questions are somehow answered as i browse through the site.

If you are dissapointed that someone did something they should not or you do not expect them to do... let me assure you humans are fickle minded. This is the reminder from today's quiet time .
On Palm Sunday:
9 The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted,
"Hosanna to the Son of David!" "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!" "Hosanna in the highest!"
Four days later:
23 "Why? What crime has he committed?" asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, "Crucify him!"

finally end of the year.
at year end it is always a time to finally breath and take break. Projects have short break, holidays coming up, and people are now busy with gifts and appointments :) different kind of busyness.
got my leave approved, so gonna start planning for our trip back home next CNY. This round gonna be shorter than usual, but i do hope we will get to have some quality time back home. Am glad that my third aunt and uncle gonna be back too, so it might mean another round of shopping and eating spree together ;) Diving trip is also planned, together with some refresh courses would be perfect. Seeing time is catching up, better to keep a well but relaxing holiday plan.

The meeting was earlier than I expected, I had very tight schedule yesterday and had to work till early in the morning. SianLun accompanied me yesterday, but that did no good to his health. Hopefully he would not fall sick as we are leaving for Sardinia this weekend. Now since the hectiness is over, I can finally take some time to do some writing and played a few rounds of "5 or More".
Yesterday ( 4th Sept 2006) was Yafen's baptism. It is the first baptism conducted in the bible study. I am totally excited for her. She took her first holy communion together with us. If you believe in Christ, confess with your mouth that He is God and Lord of your life and repent in your heart of your sins and tresspasses but not baptise, then perhaps you need to ask yourself what is stopping you.

today is Easter. we had two services, one at 5am (yes, 5am) and the other at 10am. the former was together with the choir, and the choir sang during the service. The latter was with our regular church.
The 5am service was nice and interesting. This year seemed to bring more impact than the one we had last year. Perhaps we were more awake this round :) It start short after 5, in darkness with a sketch: a court where the death and resurrection of Jesus wwe as judged. Different witnesses were called: Pontius Pilate, Saul (and Paul), Maria Magdalene and Simon Peter. Pretty creative way to talk about what happened years ago as Jesus resurrected.
