Well it's a bit overdue but better late than never. Updates on trip to Fulda and my stuffed paprika =)

hi..hi.. this is funny. I actually made this entry last week, but I screwed up and the whole blog went missing. Did not have the heart to rewrite everything until today.

Want to praise God that on 11th June 2005, Sian Lun and I celebrated our 6 months anniversary. Well there's still long way to go... :D but this is our first celebration. We went to Fulda and met up with friends from Malaysia. It was a pleasant trip. We paid a visit to the recorder production house, and realised that the process is really tedious. No wonder the cheapest recorder cost 56euro.

Well as for the stuffed pepper recipe, I am a bit lazy to write them now. But basically what I did was I stir fry the pork. Then I stuff the bell pepper with half hard boiled egg and pork. Then I put all the stuffed pepper in a tray and the extra space in the tray was filled with stir fry but not really cooked zuchinni and potato. Please put salt and pepper to taste. You can also sprinkle some cheese on it. Cover the tray with aluminium foil and bake at 200 celcius for about 30 minutes.
