what binds Malaysian together?

8th of March would be election day for Malaysia. I am not able to perform my duty as a citizen as I would not be in the country during the election. Inspite of the many "crap" that happens in the country....(yup I so wanted to put up the collected crap - but I have no guts cause afraid that this family blog would come under the authorities attention),  I still love dear Malaysia. Hey, where else can I call "Tanah tumpah darahku" (the place where my blood was shed)?

Being away from home makes me miss Malaysia all the more. I miss Malaysia mainly for the food and culture. I am known as a Chinese here... but I stress a Malaysian Chinese. I enjoy eating with chopsticks as well as fingers, I enjoy soup as well as curry, and the list goes on. One thing I really miss here is my Indian friends.... and Indian food... ha..ha.. ha.. Gosh!!!! I really hope the coming government would continue to respect the mutlicultural environment.. and please give the minority ethnic group a chance. They so wanted to be TRUE MALAYSIAN! If you browse the net, you would see many migrated Malaysians really miss Malaysia (or at least its food!). I shall write more about Malaysia in the coming episodes.

PS: Tomorrow I am having a day off.. guess what would I do? Cooklah.. the challenge for tomorrow would be "Loh Mai Kai"!!!
